FYI—next steps in the process:

Once we are able to accommodate your requested days, we will contact you to arrange a phone call with our program director and lead teacher, Ms. Tamar. This conversation helps to ensure that our program is a good fit for your family as well as for HTF.

  1. Upon an invitation to join our program, you will receive the ‘Enrollment Packet,’ as well as other important information regarding the necessary gear and supplies, etc. via email.

  2. Once we have received your completed ‘Enrollment Packet’ you will be emailed by Brightwheel (an app we use) directly to start an account. Starting a Brightwheel (BW) account is necessary to secure your spot in our roster, as well as for HTF attendance tracking (as required by the DOH). Note: you will be sent a link when the payment process begins.

  3. Your spot is secured with the receipt of the nonrefundable ‘Secure Your Spot’ payment (this is the first of your tuition payments, it is NOT in addition to your total tuition). You will be invoiced via Brightwheel.

  4. You will then be asked to share your family’s routine and circles of contact for the COVID-19 social contract, which is then shared with all enrolled families. Should anything change in your family’s routine and/or circles of contact, we require that you let us know immediately
    (communication process to be further outlined after registration).

  5. Before your first day with us, please take the time to add all caregivers to your Brightwheel account, as we use this app for our dropping-off and picking-up tracking (as required by the DOH). It is critical that each caregiver use their proprietary pin when dropping off or picking up your child so we know who exactly dropped off or picked up your child in case any questions or issues arise.

We are complying with all DOH rules and regulations. All children applying must have the required vaccinations unless they have a medical-exemption certificate.
